The New Nutella (Homemade)! YUM!

Nutella, oh Nutella, how you "seem" so very wholesome and healthy!  Why does your first ingredient have to be sugar?!?!  Well, here is just the delicious solution you were looking for!

Homemade Nutella!

...with a little input from Chocolate Covered Katie's recipe!

3/4 c hazelnuts, toasted for 10 min on a baking sheet in oven at 375.
2 Tbsp each of maple syrup, milk, and unsweetened cocoa.
2 tsp each of vanilla and canola oil.
Dash of salt (optional).
I think dates will be a great alternative to maple syrup!

Combine everything in a food processor until smooth, and enjoy!  YUM!
